For my first review I decided to
review Maria Shaw's Tarot for Teens. I received this tarot from
Katrina and Delena a long while back and was delighted because I happen
to love tarot decks. Problem was that even though I love them and tried
hard to work with them, I could never get a good answer from my
readings...until this one.
This deck may be titled Maria
Shaw's Tarot for Teens but its not just for teens. This tarot deck
is fantastic and has beautiful artwork. The cards are clear and concise
yet provoke a new sense of awe and happiness every time I use them. I
have become dependent on this deck and carry it everywhere with me
(school., family outings, everywhere).
The book is also fantastic and has
many good suggestions about different spreads, a brief guide on using
tarot and a very awesome section on the meaning of each card. The great
thing about this deck is you are not S.O.L. if you don't have the book.
This is the first deck that I have been able to look at each card and
say, "Gee I think that this card means (insert meaning here) in this
part of my spread pertaining to (position in spread)." The kit also
contains a little white box which I don't use to be perfectly honest, as
well as a great nylon black drawstring pouch which houses my deck.
