From its handy silver box to its
simple and soothing images, this deck is a true joy to experience. I
have always been a fan of cards with a defining word on each one.
For me, a word with an obscure image awakens all kinds of psychic imagery
and throws me directly into Delta Wave Land. This deck is no
exception. With it's kaleidoscopic and colorful disks as the center
(literally) focus of each card, matching beautifully to the word beneath
it (such as "friendship," "honesty," and "humor") The Mirror Cards reflect
back volumes of insight and wisdoms that have been waiting dormant inside
the reader. A gentle "quickening" of intuition begins to stir almost
as soon as the deck is viewed and one barely needs the accompanying book
to receive wonderful inner guidance, about their relationships or about
themselves.
The book is very sweet, gently
coaxing the reader with sound pieces of nonjudgmental sage musings to open
the doors to their own introspective nature. I recommend this deck
for the inner path work that is so appropriate to the dark of the year in
particular. It is a priceless (well, $22.95) tool for working with
the true nature of one's interpersonal relationships, including the most
important one: the relationship with oneself.
