I cannot imagine a more breathtakingly beautiful homage to the Gods and Goddesses than this lovely book.  Written as though one is taking a peek into the Book of Shadows of a dedicated and talented Witch, this book offers spellwork and rituals to glorify a number of different Deity for various purposes.  My favorite section was "Multifarious Miscellany" which was nothing short of joyous praise of the empowerment of the Gods and Goddesses.  "The Hand of Hecate" weaves a web of power even as the words are read silently to oneself.  One would hasten to think the title would indicated a primarily Celtic base; however, it appears that Morgan Le Fay was a woman educated in the ways of world magick as she draws in Kali Ma, Isis, Ishtar and other Deities from nonCeltic pantheons.  Ms Reif makes words dance across the page in a delight to read and recite.  This book is a definite blessing to any Pagan library.
