The book goes into nearly all aspects of rune reading, right down to how
to make a pouch in which to keep them. The art of using runes to
empower and personalize ritual tools is explained, as well as including a
tad on Runic history and basic magical use. Ah... and there are also
interpretations. :)

Blum fan, it takes a lot for me to designate a worthy second place to that
tough act to follow, but Peschel does a fine job of providing solid,
practical and useful information regarding this particularly direct and
effective method of divination.
