I loved it.  I read this book after reading An Alphabet of Spells by the same author and I continue to be won over by her gentle way of expressing and describing her Craft... our Craft.  Her homages to the elements are lovely and poignant.  Her instruction on the manipulation of energy in ritual is careful and her words wisely chosen to direct the practitioner through a safe and responsible interaction with the ethereal flow.  Likewise, she offers detailed chakra work, guiding the reader through a complete course in exploring the seven power points in the body.  In addition to her chapters on work through the different moon phases, she also gives lovely rituals and information for each Sabbat.  The only wrinkled brow I experienced was in the summoning of the "Stern Lord," which was a God face I had considered specific to the Christians.  :)  Another brilliant book on the shelves by Elen Hawke.  If she keeps this up, she will end up on the List That Never Disappoints.
